Dr Julie Alexander-Cooper

Julie is a highly respected and qualified sleep, health and weight management specialist, who has been actively involved in exercise, nutrition and wellbeing for over 20 years. She has helped many individuals reach their goals with programmes that are holistic and take into consideration each person’s wellbeing and lifestyle.

Her passionate interest in health and wellbeing has gained her a wealth of
experience within the industry and has led to her providing physiological,
psychological, neurological and nutritional advice to thousands of individuals, health organizations, businesses and universities. Julie has presented at several national and international conferences, on physical activity, sleep medicine, weight management and health. She has also contributed to various media publications and has appeared on national TV and radio. 


Christabel Majendie

BSc, MSc, MBPsS, PgDip  

Christabel is a sleep therapist, she uses a combination of cognitive and behavioural techniques together with motivational interviewing to alleviate these problems. Christabel completed an MSc in Health Psychology in 2012 during which she pursued her interest in sleep and associated problems. Following this, she completed a course on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and another on cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT- i). She completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Sleep Medicine at Oxford University in September 2018. Christabel uses a biopsychosocial approach to sleep therapy which takes into account a combination of biological, psychological, and social factors to understand health and illness.


Dr Lene Forrester


Dr Forrester is chartered by the British Psychological Society and is registered with the Health Care Professions Council. She has a PhD in Psychology, a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and twenty years’ experience in the field of clinical and academic psychology. She is also a published author of books and academic journal articles.

Dr Forrester has extensive experience with mood disorders and interpersonal problems, specifically in diagnostic work with neuro-developmental and other type disorders. She has developed particular expertise in psychological aspects of physical conditions and persistent pain, and as such understands the complex interplay between physical and emotional health.

Dr Forrester has keen interested in health and wellness education and delivers workshops on Stress Management, Relaxation Techniques and Resilience Building. She speaks English, Norwegian, Swedish and Danish. 


Duncan Runcie

Bsc (Hons) Sports and Exercise Science

Duncan is a performance gymnastics coach with over 10 years’ experience working with a large spectrum of athletes from national to international level across a variety of sporting disciplines. Duncan helps them to achieve their goals and improve athletic performance. Duncan has extensive international experience being involved at numerous world level and multi-sport events such as World Cup Stuttgart/Tokyo, Commonwealth Games, World University games, European and World Championships.

His area of interest includes achieving optimum health and wellness at home and at work. He helps clients with goal setting, planning, developing individual exercise regime and nutrition programme.
